Privacy policy
What NX Native collects, what it does not collect and how to reach us. Last updated 31 October 2026.
NX Native (https://nx-native.com) is an unofficial guide site. It has no accounts, no comments, no sign-up and no forms, so it does not ask you for personal information.
What the site itself collects
- Server logs. Like almost every web host, the server that delivers this site records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser's user-agent and the referring page. These logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention rules, and we use them only to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
- Cookie choice. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept cookies for statistics and ads. Your answer is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so we do not ask again; use "Cookie settings" in the footer to change it. Until you accept, analytics and ad storage stay off.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. Google may set cookies and receives your IP address and page views once you accept. Google's own policy: how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Search and filters. The search page and the games filter run in your browser. The search page downloads one index file (
/search-index.json) and matches your words on your own device, so what you type is not sent to us. - Fonts and images. They are served from this site. The only scripts from other companies are the Google services named above.
Links to other sites
Many pages link to other sites, mainly the official nxnative repository on GitHub and Apple's developer pages. The download links send you to GitHub, which then handles the download under its own privacy policy. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for what they collect.
If you email us
If you write to contact@nx-native.com, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use them only to answer you and to keep a record of corrections and takedown requests. We do not sell them or share them, except where a law or a valid legal request requires it. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because the site stores no accounts or profiles, the only personal data we are likely to hold is the email you sent us and the hosting provider's server logs. Write to us and we will help with what we can.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
