How to send a notice
Email contact@nx-native.com with the subject line "Takedown request" and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the work you say is infringed (for a trademark, the mark and where it is registered).
- The exact address (URL) of each page or file on this site that you want removed, so we can find it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We read each complete notice. Where it is valid we remove or disable access to the material, and we may tell the person who supplied it. If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with the same details, and we will handle it as the law requires. Incomplete notices may not be actionable, so please include every item above.
Material that is not on this site
We cannot remove content from other websites or from the nxnative repository itself. For those, contact the site or the repository owner on GitHub.
